Jaimie Beers is a fan of the property business
Starting out in 2003 and opening his own central London Agency just five years later, he believes there are few industries were someone with ability, enthusiasm and drive can find as much satisfaction and success.
A natural leader, businessman and entrepreneur, by the time the agency was sold, it boasted a landmark office in one of London’s most booming areas, held top organic search rankings, and was among the best-reviewed agencies in the UK. At the same time he was building an impressive property portfolio, working with investors and developers to identify and realise opportunities, and maximising their value.
Jaimie has always embraced the power of technology to revolutionise the way this business is done, and has been early-adopter of systems and software that increase efficiency and effectiveness, often with staggering results. But he also knows that at its heart property is still about people, both inside and outside the business. So attracting, motivating and developing good people and equipping them with the best technology, is the key to success and at the heart of his approach and ethos.
He has seen boom and bust economies, and watched some businesses soar while others floundered. He has often been the one making the big calls, and understands the responsibility and pressure that comes with having others rely on you and the quality of your decisions. We have spent many years in the arena ourselves.
